I treated the palm and applied about nine pounds of PolyPlus Opti Palm fertilizer. The amount is specific to this recorded job; it is not an application recommendation for other palms.
How the work stays connected
The treatment and fertilizer application are recorded together, with the next recommended treatment date on the invoice. The owner has a record of what was done and a next step. This was a one-time visit, not an annual-plan enrollment or a confirmed return appointment.
What this case establishes
It demonstrates treatment, palm-specific fertilization, service documentation and follow-up planning. A same-day record does not establish improved growth, corrected deficiency, confirmed infestation or lasting pest protection.
